The frenetic pace of modern life left me yearning for stillness and self-discovery. My journey began at the age of six when my father introduced me to the world of yoga and meditation. Those early moments on the mat sparked a lifelong passion that would eventually shape my path. As I traveled around the globe I discovered the transformative power of ancient wisdom and holistic wellness practices. From the calming rituals of meditation to the energizing energy of movement, these experiences solidified my understanding of their profound impact on my well-being.

Fueled by this inspiration, I deepened my knowledge by training in yoga under the guidance of renowned yoga master Dharma Mittra. and became a breath-work and Yoga Nidra facilitator, also known as yogic sleep. In pursuit of understanding the mind’s complexities and its role in our holistic health, I returned to school to study psychology, exploring the intersections of mental well-being and spiritual growth.

This quest for balance and harmony inspired the creation of Moon Nectar.

I founded Moon Nectar to create a sanctuary where others could experience the art of slowing down, taking the time for one’s self and self-discovery. From highly acclaimed teachers to cuisine crafted to uplift mind, body, and spirit and stunning locales, each retreat offers an unparalleled experience of self-discovery and growth. My intention is to inspire others to reconnect with their true selves, slow down and embrace their journeys one retreat at a time.

Breanna's journey began with a deep intuition – a calling to utilize her inherent empathy to create a path of healing and well-being for others. Even as a budding psychology student, Branna possesses a keen ability to feel things deeply and see situations with clarity. This gift, along with her love for meditation and self-reflection, invited her to seek ways to harness and share her talents.

Guided by an inner compass, Breanna embarked on a transformative exploration. A chance encounter with energetic bodywork and massage sparked a fire within her. She completed a rigorous 900+ hour program at the Milan Institute in Palm Desert, California, laying the groundwork for her journey of discovery.

Beyond massage therapy, Branna found solace and inspiration in yoga and sound healing practices. These modalities became powerful forms of meditation, further deepening her connection to self. Training under renowned teachers like Hillary Faye, Bronwyn Ison (Awakened Love Yoga Teacher Training – Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin & Restorative), and Deva Munay (Embodiment of Sound, Sound Bath Training). This transformative education shaped her approach to holistic wellness, which she now enthusiastically shares with others.
